One of them takes you over easy-to-ride gravel up to an altitude of 1,530 meters to the Taborniški dom Šija mountain hut. Also worth a visit is the Kativško Sedlo: a roughly 25-kilometer-long gravel road with stunning views along the way.

One of the most beautiful tours in the southwest takes you along an easily navigable forest track to two impressive natural highlights: the mysterious Weavers' Cave and Cerkniško Lake – a fascinating seepage lake that dries up completely in summer. Both destinations are nestled in beautiful natural surroundings and promise a relaxing driving experience.
