This challenging 9 km tour leads from the Ligurian coastal town of Imperia, along the SS28, to the village of Nava and the Colle di Nava Pass.

The tour begins spectacularly with a passage through the impressive Fort Central. From there, a narrow, paved road climbs steeply into a demanding section. The single-lane, very narrow track winds through the forest, with the surface in the upper part partially consisting of loose stones. This leads to the partially overgrown Fort Richermo, offering wonderful views of the Colle di Nava.
After this section, you’ll reach Forte Bellarasco, located by the roadside, though it cannot be entered. From here, the route continues below the mountain slope on a gravel path, initially with small eroded areas and slightly rocky sections.
The final stretch passes through the forest, past a small village church, and navigates several sharp switchbacks until reaching Trovasta. From there, the road continues with additional hairpin turns through the village until it connects to the SP6.
