Built in 1960 - from Pyrenean pioneer to gravel scout

At 16, he rode a Puch 50cc all the way to Tarragona - the foundation stone was laid. From then on, summer vacations were always associated with motorcycles - until fatherhood and a decade-long break called in 1986.

Later on, he got back on the road with an SR 500 complete with drum brake, followed by the Suzuki XF650. On the way back from the island of Cres, he quickly stopped at the race track in Grobnik - put the luggage roll down and just rode. The beginning of a long love affair with the racetrack: Nordschleife, Misano, Mugello, Grobnik - 15 to 20 track days, on machines such as the CBR600 RR or the GSX-R 750 and 1000.

After corona, he hung up his helmet for the racetrack - but not motorcycling. Today, he prefers to ride off-road, on the KTM 390 Adventure and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. A thirst for adventure knows no expiry date.
