Belska Planina

This little detour to the summer settlement of Belska Planina is located on the edge of the Triglav National Park in north-eastern Slovenia.

The track branches off from the parallel road 905 between the towns of Krnica and Jereka. The branch is about 6 km after Krnica on the left-hand side in the forest. The gravel track runs through dense forest without much of a view, the surface is partly stony and coarse gravel with some washouts. You also have to pass a cattle grid on the route.

Just before the track joins road 905 again, we pass the small plateau of Belska Planina. The summer settlement with beautiful little wooden huts typical of the country is ideal for a short picnic.
