The track was easy to drive on, and the view is great. Above 2.5 meters, the trees grow close together along the road. Yes, it’s passable by truck, but you should expect a few scratches. However, it’s easy to drive on for smaller vehicles like SUVs and pickup trucks.

High above the Kvarner Bay
This 15 km tour with great views takes you through the beautiful hilly mountain landscape of Croatia, above the Kvarner Bay. On a high plateau with many wind turbines, the views are fantastic.
The tour starts on a narrow tarmac road. The gravel section begins behind Bile. The surface of the track is partly pothole-filled. The first section goes uphill through the deciduous forest, passing a few abandoned stone houses. Coming out of the forest and continuing along the route, you reach a rocky plateau with a wind farm. On isolated meadows in the area, you can find flocks of sheep with their shepherd dogs. Keeping an eye on the wind turbines and the wooded hills, you go straight on until the track meets the 5110, where the tour ends. The tarmac road winds its way towards the coast or into one of the surrounding typical Croatian villages in the interior.

A track with great views; very drivable for us. It gets quite narrow in the woods between the trees, so be prepared to follow the ruts with your vehicle.
A beautiful track with great views. A section in the middle of the route has recently been repaved.
An easy-to-drive gravel road with beautiful views of Kaverner Bay. Lovely stretches through meadows with wild horses. The only downside is that it’s quite overgrown in places, especially for larger vehicles.
