Lots of forest; we waited in vain for the meadows to appear. There was a tree lying across the path, but luckily we had a chainsaw with us. Other than trees, there wasn't much to see, so it was relatively boring.

Forests and meadows in the border area
The 21 km long tour leads through a dreamy fairytale forest, as well as across clearings and along nice meadows. This lush vegetation characterizes the area in the Croatian hinterland near the Bosnian border.
The gravel road branches off from the D 218. You drive through the wonderful green landscape. First it goes downhill and you pass a quarry that is right on the route. The track is covered with a turf in the middle. In the next section it is lightly graveled and peppered with rain holes. Continuing along the route you then come to a wide gravel road and a high plateau opens up. On the plain you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Croatian mountains. In the last section you drive downhill and you reach the end point on the D 218. Excellent hiking trails and river arms with wonderful waterfalls are in the area. Ideal for taking a break after the tour. Not far away is one of the largest waterfalls in Europe, in the Una Mamea Park.

We rode the trail and didn't encounter any particular challenges. In our opinion, this trail is easy to ride and should therefore be classified as "blue."
