Above Senj

Starting from a beautiful plateau, the tour is short and sweet on a length of 5 km through the beautiful Croatian mountain landscape. Close to the beautiful coastal strip on the Adriatic Sea opposite the island of Krk.

The starting point of the tour is on the tarmac road in a forest. There are a few holiday homes here in the beautiful nature. From the narrow road, you turn onto an uneven gravel track. The first part of the route goes across a clearing. The track leads downhill, challenging and bumpy. You follow the path along the slope through the beautiful landscape. Past wide meadows, rocky and covered with bushes, typical of Mediterranean vegetation. The short tour ends on a tarmac road not far from the town of Senj. The road with its many bends takes you to the sea. The holiday resort with its beautiful harbor and the Nehaj fortress is worth a detour. An anchor monument is located on the pier with a wide mole with benches inviting you to linger in a beautiful setting to enjoy the sea breeze.
