This 5 km long route runs in a straight line parallel to the Dalmatian coast along a mountain slope. It impresses with its fabulous views. The destination is the beautiful holiday resort of Omis.

The starting point of the route is above Jesenice. At the beginning it goes uphill in serpentines past many holiday homes. Then always straight ahead along the flowering slopes. The slightly hilly track is followed up and down. The view of the sea is excellent along the entire route. In some places the track has concrete sections. The tour ends in the middle of the unique nature at a viewpoint. From a wide field with transmission masts you can look down to Omis below. The fantastic panoramic view of the turquoise blue sea should be enjoyed in this untouched landscape. You get down to Omis via a narrow, winding tarmac road. Surrounded by imposing rocks, the impressive town is in an idyllic location. The wild, greenish shimmering Cetina River winds through the rugged mountains to the port of Omis, with its beautiful promenade. There are wonderful bathing bays in the area.

Conditions, closures and tips — from members who drove here recently.

The path is a mix of asphalt and gravel; there are a few houses (both old and new) along the route, and in some places, chic new villas are even being built on the hillside, so you might occasionally come across a construction vehicle. Beautiful views of rugged mountains and, on the other side, small harbors. My personal highlight was an old, small church with a cemetery.
