Malga Canidi

This 18 km long tour leads over countless alpine pastures with beautiful places that invite you to take a break in the middle of nature. From the small town of Valdobbiadene, located on the SP 36, the SP 143 leads up into the Venetian mountains with many hairpin bends. 

From Pianezze, first along a small tarmac road to Malga Budoi. Now the wide gravel road, bordered by wooden crash barriers, begins. Brilliant views of valleys with colourful meadows accompany you to the Rifugio Posa Puner. There is a small chapel and some donkeys along the way. From here it goes a bit through the forest to the beautiful clearing at Malga Pian. In the further course of the route, individual concrete sections follow from time to time. At Refugio Salvedella you will find beautiful picnic benches and a large brick stone barbecue as well as a drinking water tap. The track winds through wide meadows and pastures along the mountain slopes. On the Malga Mont mountain pasture, you can once again enjoy magnificent views. Reaching another plateau, you reach the beautiful Malga Canidi. Many products from our own production are sold here. Downhill through the forest you reach a tarred road where there is a parking lot with a fireplace. Here the tour ends at Praderadego. Nearby, a visit to the historic Castello di Zumelle or a short adventurous hike to the fascinating Grotta Azzurra is worthwhile.
