The route is passable as described.

Madonna del Cotolivier
The trail to the Madonna del Cotolivier begins in Oulx. Initially, the route winds uphill on paved roads before later turning into a beautiful gravel road. Unfortunately, the final 450 meters up to the Madonna del Cotolivier are not accessible by car. To enjoy the panoramic view, the rest of the trail must be completed on foot. Once at the top, a magnificent mountain panorama and a small chapel with a picnic area await.
The return journey takes you back to Oulx via the same route.
Note: The connection via Château is closed and marked with corresponding prohibition signs, which have been in place for years. The route via Amazas and the connection from San Marco down into the valley have also been closed for a long time.

The GPX file is incorrect. The road between San Marco and the SS24 has been closed for years. It’s a nice route, but the first section from the SS24 definitely shouldn’t be classified as blue. Even as fairly experienced off-roaders on lightweight 660s, we had a hard time riding up the steep, coarse-gravel hairpin turns. With GS and similar bikes, it becomes a real struggle, and I’d recommend avoiding this track on larger motorcycles when going downhill. However, after riding both branches of the route, you can turn off at Pierremenaud and then head directly to Oulx. It’s also important to note that the chapel isn’t directly accessible, as the GPX file suggests. The path ends before it at a no-entry sign! If you want to visit the chapel, you’ll have to hike for a few more minutes.
https://alpenrouten.de/Cotolivier-Monte-Cotolivier-Madonna-di-Pourachet… The route to the scenic Monte Cotolivier, home to the chapel of the same name, leads westward from Abbazia at the northern entrance to Oulx (near the train station). The road, which is initially paved, leads to Pierremenaud, from where a gravel path winds its way uphill in numerous switchbacks. At the last hairpin bend before the EP, the road is blocked by a (mostly open) gate; this is also where the route branches off to the Albergo Pourachet, located further west at a saddle.
